1. Our Service Delivery Commitment
At Growth Mandap, under the leadership of Adv. Mohit Parihar, we make every earnest effort to deliver high-quality professional services and products strictly in accordance with the timelines, features, and specifications detailed on our platform.
However, if due to any technical error, administrative delay, or unforeseen operational challenge, we fail to deliver the specific product or service purchased by you, your eligibility for a credit or refund will be evaluated based on the distinct criteria listed below.
2. Grounds and Eligibility for Refunds
To maintain complete transparency and protect our internal resources, refund requests are governed by the following rules:
• Verifiable Deficiency: A refund request will only be validated and evaluated if there is a clear, distinct, and verifiable deficiency, defect, or lapse in the service or product delivered by Growth Mandap.
• Change of Mind (Pre-Execution): If a payment has been processed and you request a cancellation solely due to a change of mind before any active work, research, or drafting has begun, no direct cash/bank refund will be issued. However, we may issue an internal service credit voucher of equivalent value, which can be applied to any other service offered by Growth Mandap.
• Change of Mind (Post-Execution): Refund or credit requests will not be entertained under any circumstances if you change your mind after the customized work, consultation, digital files, or draft papers have already been shared with you.
• Filing Window & Expiry: Any refund claim must be formally submitted within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase, or from the date we send a completion notice via email/WhatsApp. Any request received after this strict 30-day timeline will be treated as automatically expired and legally void.
3. Financial Processing and Timeline
Once a refund application has been reviewed and officially approved by the internal audit team of Growth Mandap:
1. Written Intimation: You will receive a formal confirmation message and receipt on your registered email address.
2. Turnaround Time: The authorized amount takes a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to process and clear internal accounts.
3. Payment Source: The approved refund will be credited directly back to the original bank account, UPI ID, or credit/debit card utilized at the time of purchase.
We assure you that all transactions are handled securely and with genuine professional care to complete authorized payouts at the earliest.
4. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and applicable Indian electronic commerce regulations, any unresolved disputes, payment discrepancies, or official grievances regarding refunds should be addressed directly to our Grievance Desk:
