Each party covers its own legal costs, unless the arbitrator directs otherwise. Proceedings will be conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

This Policy and all matters relating to it are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings arising between the parties shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
