Your information is stored on secured third-party platforms with access limited to Growth Mandap personnel directly involved in your engagement. We do not sell or trade contact data.

How we handle your data
Data is used to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, and send service-related communications. We do not send unsolicited marketing without your explicit opt-in.
Cookies and site analytics
Our site uses standard analytics cookies to measure traffic and page performance. No personally identifiable data is attached to these records. You may disable cookies in your browser at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@growthmandap.com. We will respond within five business days.
Effective date: January 1, 2024. This policy may be updated periodically; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Scope of our services
Growth Mandap provides business consulting, document drafting, virtual assistant support, and digital growth strategy. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice regulated under any state bar association.
No attorney-client relationship
Engaging Growth Mandap does not create an attorney-client relationship. Documents we draft are business templates prepared under your direction. For matters requiring licensed legal counsel, we will say so clearly and refer you accordingly.

Accuracy of information
Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. While we maintain current, accurate information, we make no warranty of completeness or fitness for a specific legal or regulatory situation.
Limitation of liability
Growth Mandap's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in which a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from reliance on our deliverables.

Retainer and project fees
Retainer fees are billed monthly and cover the agreed scope for that period. Fees are non-refundable once work for the billing cycle has commenced. Unused retainer hours do not roll over.
Project deposits
Fixed-scope projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. If Growth Mandap cancels the project before delivery, the deposit is returned in full within 10 business days.
Terms, timeline, and process
Client-initiated cancellations
If you cancel a fixed-scope project after work has begun, a prorated fee for completed work is retained. The remainder of any deposit is returned within 10 business days of written cancellation notice.
How to request a refund
Send a written request to hello@growthmandap.com with your engagement reference. We acknowledge all requests within one business day and resolve them within 10 business days.
Effective date: January 1, 2024. Policy terms apply to all engagements entered on or after this date.
